Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing times may slightly extend, but we strive to keep delays to a minimum.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: £12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, delivered via EMS with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process. Please review the following details to ensure a smooth experience.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging, including all tags and labels.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- ITF-approved products (due to regulatory compliance).
- Practice balls and pressureless balls (for hygiene reasons).
Returns & Exchanges Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the RAN. Ship the package to the address provided in the instructions.
- Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by ADIDAS Store.
