Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging, including all tags and labels.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These include:

  • ITF-approved products (due to regulatory compliance).
  • Practice balls and pressureless balls (for hygiene reasons).

Returns & Exchanges Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the RAN. Ship the package to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by ADIDAS Store.
